Growing businesses

You're growing and you're still not sure which parts are actually making money. Something's leaking and you can't find it.

Businesses under pressure

Cash is tight and the reporting’s thin. You need a clear plan and a steady hand, fast.

Bankruptcy & Subchapter V

Chapter 11 or Subchapter V - you need accurate, court-ready financials from someone who’s done it.

On-site. In the numbers. On your team.

Find what's making money and what's losing it. Build the plan. Do the work. Watch the numbers to make sure it holds. That's the job — and I'm on-site while it happens, not emailing you a report.

Who I work with

How I Work

You've read the books, followed the experts, and bought the subscription. Now let's do the work.

On-site.

It's important I spend time on-site — whether joining your team meetings, collaborating with individual team members, or reviewing financials with you. Being in the room is how I catch what gets lost in handoffs and email, and it's the difference between someone who reports on your business and someone who's part of it.

In your numbers - in the weeds.
I go through the reporting, the payroll, the QuickBooks, the workflows — the unglamorous stuff nobody wants to do. That's not busywork. It's how I find what's broken, what's costing you, and where the money's actually going.

On your team.

I work with your team to make things better. I pick up the phone when you call. I understand the day-to-day to know your business inside and out.
